MiniMoney reserves the right to terminate your account at any time, without prior notice, for any reason deemed appropriate by us. You acknowledge that you cannot challenge or dispute such termination.

The number of accounts per device is restricted to maintain fairness and integrity within the App. You agree not to create or use multiple accounts on a single device.

One individual can create only one MiniMoney account on their ID. Any or all multiple accounts found to be made on the single ID are subject to termination without prior notice.

MiniMoney reserves the right to discontinue or modify the app or any of its features at any time without notice. MiniMoney shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by the termination or alteration of the app's services.

MiniMoney may change its contact information due to technical or non-technical reasons at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the users to stay updated with any changes in our contact details.

MiniMoney is not responsible for any mishaps or improper tasks provided by employers within the App. Users engage with tasks at their own risk.

MiniMoney acts solely as a platform connecting freelancers and employers and does not guarantee payment for work performed. Users acknowledge and agree that MiniMoney is not responsible for ensuring or enforcing payment from employers. Any loss or non-payment by employers cannot be attributed to MiniMoney, and users accept full responsibility for verifying the credibility of employers and securing payments. By using the platform, you agree that MiniMoney shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from unpaid work or disputes between users.

User responses or outcomes are not guaranteed by MiniMoney. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of tasks provided through the App.

MiniMoney Points accumulated by users may be subject to loss due to technical or non-technical reasons, including but not limited to system errors, unauthorised access, data corruption, or other unforeseen circumstances. MiniMoney does not guarantee the preservation or continued availability of points and is not responsible for any loss of points or the value associated with them. Users acknowledge and agree that MiniMoney shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from the loss or inaccessibility of MiniMoney Points, regardless of the cause.

MiniMoney solely serves as a platform for employers, freelancers or other users to interact, share, and exchange information. The platform does not take any responsibility for the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the content provided by users or third parties. The app does not endorse or assume liability for any transactions, interactions, or agreements made between users through the platform. By using this app, you acknowledge and agree that the app's developers, owners, and affiliates shall not be held responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the MiniMoney.

Users are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and professionally while using MiniMoney. Any behaviour deemed inappropriate, including but not limited to harassment, discrimination, or abusive language, will result in immediate account termination. Users must refrain from engaging in any activities that could harm, disrupt, or interfere with the platform's operations or other users' experience, including but not limited to:

• Harassment and Discrimination

  Any form of harassment, discrimination, or offensive behaviour towards other users based on race, gender, religion, nationality, sexual orientation, age, or disability is strictly prohibited and will lead to permanent account suspension.

• Abusive Language

  Use of vulgar, offensive, or abusive language in communication, whether in text, voice, or multimedia, will not be tolerated and may result in account termination.

• Fraudulent Activities

  Engaging in deceptive practices, including but not limited to, misrepresenting your identity, qualifications, or intentions, creating multiple accounts to manipulate the platform's systems, or attempting to defraud other users, will result in immediate termination of your account and potential legal action.

• Spamming and Unsolicited Communication

  Sending unsolicited or repetitive messages, advertisements, or promotional content to other users or admin(s) without their consent is prohibited. Violators may have their accounts restricted or terminated.

• Impersonation

  Users must not impersonate other individuals, companies, or entities, including representatives of MiniMoney, for any purpose. Impersonation will result in immediate account termination and may lead to legal consequences.

All content and materials provided within the MiniMoney App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of MiniMoney and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Users agree not to reproduce, distribute, or modify any content from the App without prior authorization.

User-Generated Content: Any content uploaded, posted, or otherwise made available by users on MiniMoney remains the property of the user. However, by sharing content on the platform, users grant MiniMoney a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content in connection with the operation of the platform.

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless MiniMoney, its affiliates, and employees, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, including any breach of these Terms and Conditions.

In addition, users acknowledge that any attempt to impersonate MiniMoney, its affiliates, employees, or representatives, whether through fraudulent communications, false representations, or any other means, is strictly prohibited. MiniMoney is not liable for any losses or damages incurred as a result of such impersonation by other users. Users agree to report any suspected impersonation attempts immediately and understand that any user found engaging in impersonation will face immediate account termination, potential legal action, and forfeiture of any pending transactions or benefits within the platform.
